River Birch Design Co. collaborates with builders, contractors, and architects to offer a stress free, solution focused approach. Specializing in residential new construction we understand how important the technical information is. Our team pays close attention to every detail and will provide all technical and visual documentation to keep your project moving forward in budget and on schedule. River Birch Design Co. can be utilized in many aspects whether you are a homeowner working with a builder or a builder needing assistance on a project. From high level feedback on blue prints to providing interior architectural designs and anything in between. Our award winning designer understands the importance of the details and can assist with a variety of interior drawings providing you the information you need to make feel comfortable moving forward with your decisions. 2d and 3d drawings, elevations and renderings will be provided for all interior spaces, including custom cabinetry, ceiling details, millwork details, tile drawings.

The Process:
Discover
A discovery call to discuss your project and get to know you. After the discovery call an onsite meeting will be scheduled to further define your goals. Once, the initial information is collected a design proposal will be drafted for your specific project needs.
Design
Upon approval of the design proposal, the team will work to design a space that fits your needs and desires. Drawings and selections will be completed. Design meetings to present drawings and materials will take place in person or virtually.
