What is your design process?

All projects start with a discovery call where we gather information about the project to help us get an understanding of your needs and what you are hoping to accomplish during the project. Once we have all of the information we need a proposal is submitted outlining project scope with the associated design fees. Once the proposal is approved and design fee deposit is received your project will be scheduled and we will begin the design process. 2d and 3d drawings will be completed via Chief Architect. Initial design presentations will take place in person to review designs and finish materials. Product deposits are required for the purchasing of any design materials.

What area do you service and will you travel?

We are based in West Virginia but will provide our services on projects nationwide. We have also completed several projects with clients in Ohio, Florida and Kentucky. Typically when working on an out of state project 5 – 6 site visits will be needed however this will ultimately depend on overall scope.

What types of projects do you work on?

While we specialize in luxury new construction and remodeling we work on projects of all sizes and scopes. We offer full service interior design services and will handle every aspect from concept to completion, designing, managing and implementing. We are also available to consult on design as well as oversee the construction as needed.

When and Why should I hire an Interior Designer?

Ideally we want to be involved from the very beginning. Let us be your advocate for your design needs and wants and handle the technical conversations with the architects, builders and contractors. Designing your dream home or the remodel of an existing space can be extremely overwhelming, we can help take the stress out of the process and make it a more enjoyable experience for you from start to finish. Often times we are called into projects from stressed and frustrated homeowners who tried to manage projects on their own and realized the need for help. We have trusted relationships with many different trade professionals and are able to execute your design needs and keep you on track from changing ideas which can ultimately help save money in the long run. All designs and selections are based off of your unique style and how you live in your home.

How do you source products for your designs?

Trends are constantly changing and we do our best to stay on top of them. Each year we travel to different trade shows throughout the country to stay up to date with on trend products as well as unique resources in our industry. We also have valued relationships with many trade partners who are always presenting us with new products. We love gathering inspiration through our travels!
